New Name and host

As you may have noticed, the website has changed name and host.

The reason i choice to change the name, is that the new name is a better fit for the site an my project.
The new host was necessary, to get this working. It also seems be faster.

Well somewhere last weak i started wit the rebuild of the engine. First off i had the head resurfaced and fully cleaned. There was only 0.06mm taken off, so should be no change in compression there
